– Working on the customer’s O365 system for helpdesk
– Receive and respond for the inquiries from user via phone call and tools (Jira Service Desk)
– Provide advice, guidance, solution to users to solve the issue.
– Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365 for user follow the available guideline
– Support Objects: Teams, Yammer, EXO, SPO, OneDrive, Outlook, Outlook on the web, Intune, …
– Working time :
• Training : 6/28 ~ 7/15 *theo giờ chuẩn FSO
• Operation : 6/16 ~ *24/365 support (working shift rotation)

– College graduated or higher
– At least 1+ years’ experience working as a helpdesk position
– Fluent in Chinese (HSk5 +)
– To have experience / understanding of Office 365 is plus
– Ability to support 24/365 with working shifts rotation (to have allowance)
– ITIL process knowledge and experience is plus.
